Do you work in different time zones?
We have extensive experience of working with international clients. We are based out of India and over the course of 7 years, we have rendered our services to companies and startups based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi (write more locations).
Over the years, we have learnt to provide best in industry customer services which reflects on our ability to coordinate with our clients and ensure that the meetings are set according to our client’s convenience.
What are your pricing models and payment terms?
Prices of each service depends on the requirement. Our usual payment term is 50% upfront, 25% on design sign-off, and 25% on built. This model is not engraved in stones and we are open to negotiations. We are always on a look out to work with brands which excites us and if that brand is yours, then we are ready to be flexible.
Do you provide ongoing support and maintenance after the project is launched?
Yes, we do! All our digital products including, websites, apps, etc., are delivered with 1 month warranty period. During this 1 month, we provide free technical support services.
After the warranty period, we offer maintenance plans as per the project requirement. During the AMC period, we create monthly backups of websites, update scripts and plugins to maintain security and reliability, and perform layout and content updates at your request. In case of any additional updates that do not appear on the scope, we provide separate quotes and proposals upon mutual discussion.

How do you ensure client confidentiality and data security?
We are quite particular about our client’s confidentiality and data security.
Client Confidentiality - Before kicking off any project, we sign confidentiality agreements, like MOU, with our clients.
Data Security - For the digital products, we share the code repository access with clients upon project completion. For internal project handling and communication we use industry grade platforms like Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, etc. This ensures systematic compilation of projects and improves transparency with clients.
